It’s a group of like-minded boaters who just enjoy being on the water cruising, tying up, sharing a drink, and making the Delta feel like home. Simple as that.
No. but you should be comfortable handling your boat. This isn’t a training club, it’s a community. That said, we always look out for each other.

We keep it real:
- Watch your speed in the channels
- Know your surroundings (especially on busy weekends)
- Look out for other boaters
Everyone’s responsible for their own vessel. but we all help keep the water safe.
A few basics every boater should have down:
- You must carry your California Boater Card (if required for your age)
- The operator cannot be under the influence
- Life jackets must be onboard (and worn where required)
- Follow no-wake zones and posted speeds
If you’re on the water—you’re the captain. Know the rules.
